This position is under the direct supervision of the Community CEO.  The individual in this position will be expected to promote our community within the community through telephone or in-person visits, give community tours and explain the amenities and benefits of the community.  Duties include ensuring all residents have completed the appropriate paperwork and are qualified to reside in this community, process all applications for resident admission, and oversee the securing of services.  It will be the responsibility of the person in this position to keep all software programs updated with current information and matching.

This position is a customer service specialist and is typically the first touch point for customers; they are expected to provide an excellent customer service experience for all residents, guests, and other customers. This position handles the leasing process in the community, including scheduling appointments with prospective residents, qualifying prospective residents, showing the community, and leasing available units in collaboration with the Community CEO and business manager.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma preferred
  • Current hands-on CPR Certification.
  • Must have a clear background screening.
  • Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation
  • Must be able to speak, read and write English
